THE TEAM
The team is headed up by Dulian Terry-Swaby, Bsc. Arch & Building Engineering. Dulian is an Associate AIA (American Institute of Architecture) member, CASE member and is LEEP AP Building Design and Construction accredited.

Dulian trained in the US before completing his training at one of Cayman's leading architectural practices. He subsequently joined Dart Realty and was involved in a number of exciting projects, including the development of Camana Bay and the Kimpton Seafire hotel.
